Shipping Policy
Our orders are shipped through the USPS.
Sorry. We do not ship any of our products outside of the USA currently.
For mailed items, please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3-7 days for your items to arrive.
Holidays may cause a delay in the delivery of your purchase.
We are not responsible for any lost or undeliverable packages. To prevent your package from being undeliverable, please make sure that the name and address you enter for shipping is accurate prior to completing your transaction.
For lost packages, please contact the USPS to file a claim for a refund.
Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, please send an email with photos of the damage to contact@cherishthetimes.com. We will send you a replacement. If the damaged occurred because of mishandling during shipping, please file a claim with the USPS for a refund.
Exchanges
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Please be sure to make the right selection before checkout.
Returns and Refunds
No refunds will be issued for digital purchases such as e-books.
To be eligible for a refund, the item you purchased must be returned to us in the same condition as received and unused. You have 14 days to return an item for a refund. Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued after 14 days.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.
Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it and notify you if the request for a refund has been approved or rejected. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing if your refund request has been approved.
Clearance, final sale, and grab bag orders are ineligible for return.
Cancellations
You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase to cancel your order. We are unable to cancel your order after 24 hours.
